以下是冬甩和貝果的烘培食譜。
一:將材料全部攪匀搓成長條型,再將兩邊貼合,做成一個可以包裹一切的環形。
二:將材料全部攪匀搓成圓形,然後用模具切走中間不必要的部分。
人類不斷攪合、搓揉,
試圖以雙手創造出可以吸入周圍一切事物的深淵、通往其他空間的窗口、觀察用的放大鏡......
現在麵糰已經準備好,你可以將所有東西放進焗爐,然後我們一起踏上熾熱又濕潤的烘培旅程。

畢若嵐畢業於浸會大學視覺藝術系,受新浪潮音樂及快樂影片影響的她擅長用雜亂交錯線條組成一堆怪模怪樣的生物。她主要用插畫和漫畫這兩個媒介描繪關於肉慾而生的怪癖及氣泡般的空想異空間。
BIH Yeuk Nam Evelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Baptist University.
Influenced by new-wave music and happy videos, she is good at using chaotic and intersecting lines to compose a heap of strange-looking creatures. She primarily uses illustration and comics as her medium to depict quirks, fantasies and bubble-like imaginary spaces.
陳珮熹以陶瓷,油畫等物料作為她的藝術媒介。她的畫作中尤其著重直覺性的筆觸、 簡單的型態與物料性。

Chan Pui Hei Karen is a multidisciplinary artist, who uses ceramics, oil paintings, and more in her artistic practice.
Characterized by intuitiveness, simplicity, and materiality, her paintings draw inspiration from cartoons, daily life, and personal struggles. In her ceramic works, Chan explores the nature of painting, installation, and materiality. Her ceramics pieces explore the possibility of the ceramic medium, and what ceramics can be, inviting viewers to reconsider the relationship of form, material, and the definitions in art.
Through her work, Chan seeks to attract viewers with a relaxed and lively attitude. Embracing the inner child concept, the artist hopes the audience can feel innocence, kindness, and happiness in her work. Chan's work explores themes of existence, wounds, healing, and spirituality. Ultimately, Chan hopes to inspire others to rethink life and the things we come upon. Embracing the possibilities of the unknown, heal and grow.
蔡愷盈是一位以版畫、繪畫和雕塑為主要創作媒介的香港藝術家。她的作品主題圍繞社群和人物,並常受到日常生活、塔羅牌、文學和流行文化等廣泛的靈感來源啟發。

Emily Choy Hoi Ying is a Hong Kong based artist who works primarily with printmaking, painting and sculpture. Her work is centered around the themes of community and characters, and is often inspired by a wide range of sources, including daily life, tarots, literature and pop culture.
With her causal and cartoonish drawing style, Emily hopes that her work resembles a series of parables that evoke a sense of childlike innocence and simplicity, while still providing meaningful insights for her audience.
何浩桓於香港浸會大學攻讀視覺藝術(榮譽)文學士學位,曾於德國伊達奧伯斯坦的特里爾應用科技大學參與寶石與首飾學士交流計劃。他專注於以立體為本的創作實踐,涉及多元材料作裝置和雕塑。
他的實踐以邏輯和概念導向,探索時空與人類之間的本質和相互作用。本着環境對人之塑造,他的作品研究空間脈絡、社經現狀、地質和文化等對我們存在狀態和思考方式的影響,並以此提出對我們觀念和身份認同的反思。
Andy HO is studying Bachelor of Arts (hons) in Visual Arts at Hong Kong Baptist University, with exchange experience in Trier University of Applied Sciences, Idar-Oberstein, Germany, studying Gemstone and Jewellery. He focuses on three-dimensional practice, with installation and sculpture in various materials.
His practice explores the essence and interactions between time-space and human beings, through a logical and conceptually oriented approach.
Believing that a place shapes a person, his works investigate the influence of spatial context, socioeconomic phenomena, geography, and cultures on our condition of existence and way of thinking, ultimately proposing reflection on our perception and sense of identity.
何君濠 (Ho Kwan Ho Charles) 是香港浸會大學2023年視覺藝術學士學位畢業生。
他的藝術創作主要從日常事件和人類行為中汲取靈感,並專注於生活中的細微小時刻和活動,他旨在鼓勵觀眾欣賞日常生活中經常被忽視的快樂和幸福。
此外,何氏認為藝術是社會融合的工具。 他希望利用自己的藝術技來貢獻給社會 彌合來自不同社會背景的人,促進聯繫並在他們之間建立有意義的關係。
Ho Kwan Ho Charles is a graduate student in the BA of Visual Arts at Hong Kong Baptist University, expected to complete his studies in 2023.
His artistic endeavors revolve around themes derived from personal experiences. Primarily, he draws inspiration from everyday occurrences and human actions, focusing on the subtle nuances and ordinary aspects of life. By highlighting these small moments and activities, he aims to encourage viewers to appreciate the often overlooked joys and happiness inherent in daily life.
Furthermore, Ho perceives art as a powerful tool for societal integration. He believes in utilizing art to bridge gaps between individuals from diverse social backgrounds, fostering connections and establishing meaningful relationships among them. He is dedicated to contributing his artistic skills to society, with the intention of fostering unity and creating a sense of camaraderie through his work.
何敏琪熱衷於收集和記錄潛意識裡的奇幻世界及日常的小事情,連結幻想與現實。她的作品受兒童繪畫天真的形式啟發,從平凡瑣碎之間尋覓奇妙的元素,整理成如童謠般夢幻的空間。何氏將創作視為治愈自身的形式,並通過作品與外界建立聯繫。
Ivy Ho Man Kei is interested in the recollection and documentation of the subconscious as experienced through mundane activities, connecting the illusion and the reality. Inspired by the naive forms of children's drawings, her work transforms a fragmented visual lexicon into dream-like spaces for audiences to dwell in. She considers work-making as a form of healing, and a way to connect with the outside world.
吳詠茵透過行為藝術,她主要探索身體的靜止與動態行爲。她以自己的身體為繪畫材料創作行為錄像,利用力竭的狀態與自由的想像力碰撞出迷幻的混合物,並試圖模糊女性與男性、有機與人工、人類與動物之間的界限。觀眾通過她的表演,聯繫與自我的獨特空間。她在香港浸會大學攻讀視覺藝術學士學位,並於2022年在德國魏瑪包豪斯大學參與媒體藝術碩士交流計劃。
NG Wing Yan as a performance artist, her work centres around the dynamics of movement and stillness of the biological body. She seeks to blur the binary definition of feminine and masculine, organic and artificial, also human and animal. Her performance videos, which are a psychedelic concoction of imaginary connection and boundless movement, are mostly inspired by painting theories and aesthetics that are interpreted by her body. She strives to create a space for acceptance that audiences are able to connect and unveil themselves. Ng completed her BA in Visual Arts at the Hong Kong Baptist University and underwent a media art master exchange programme at Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany in 2022.
沈學翹 (b.2001) 的藝術實踐主要為繪畫。沈氏將藝術創作視為一種生活記錄和情感表達的形式,她的作品專注於探索環境中的不確定性對個人的影響。與「異化」理論契合,沈氏的作品深受日常而陌生的場景啟發。她將日常生活中的場景或物件簡化成形狀,並將其轉化為抽象的形態。照片是她繪畫的基礎,並將真實的場景從現實轉化為一個安靜祥和的空間。
SHUM Hok Kiu (b.2001)’s artistic practices are mainly paintings. Shum sees art-making as a form of life documentation and emotional expression while she focuses on exploring the uncertainty and effects of the environment on individuals. Aligning with the theory of “Alienation”, Shum’s works are greatly inspired by the daily yet unfamiliar scenarios she encounters. She simplifies the scenes or objects from daily life into shapes and transforms them into abstract forms. Photos she took are the foundation of her paintings, transforming real scenarios into a quiet and peaceful space from reality.
唐明林是一名現居在英國的香港藝術家。聲音、錄像、文字與攝影是他的主要創作媒介。他探討空間、社會與身份之間的無形關係,並專注於香港移民的流動性和多重身份,以及以水為基礎的身份認同。
Jerry Tong is a Hong Kong artist based in the United Kingdom currently. Jerry's artistic practice lies between sound, video, text and photography. He explores the invisible relationship between space, society and identity, with a strong focus on the fluidity and multiplicity of Hong Kong migrants and water-based identity.

Karie Tsui Ka Yee graduated from the Academy of Visual Arts of Hong Kong Baptist University. She specializes in sculpture and installation, whose work combines modern approaches with traditional sculptural techniques. Central to her artistic practice is the skillful use of casting and molding, which is the foundation for bringing her works to life. She is highly attracted by the connection between nature and divinity, inspiring her to think about the relationship between humans and other living things on this planet and the meaning of their existence.
阮麗怡 (b.2000) 是一個充滿好奇卻不善言辭的講故人,她常漫步於現實與幻想、充滿活力和想像力的道路上。她的作品裏包含被忽視的場景和偶然的物件,通過玩味的色彩、直觀的紋理、線條、形狀和構圖,將荒誕的事物粉碎並重新組合出她的故事,創造一個能讓她自在的世界。遐想讓她得以喘息。
YUEN Lai Yi (b.2000) is a curious yet ineloquent storyteller who strolls along a vibrant and imaginative path between reality and fantasy. Her works contain overlooked scenes and fortuitous objects. By splintering and rearranging these absurd objects into her own story using playful colours, intuitive textures, lines, shapes, and compositions, she creates a world that she feels comfortable with. Reverie gives her respite.
